SILOBELA: In a sad development, two Silobela men, Mthokozisi Moyo and Mabude Ncube reportedly connived and attacked Tawanda Denhere over infidelity accusations leaving him struggling for dear life.
Midlands Zimbabwe Republic Police Inspector Emmanuel Mahoko confirmed the incidence noting that the two accused who fled the scene and are still on the run left Denhere who sustained injuries from stone attacks with a deep cut on the forehead from an axe attack.
The police are also appealing for information from anyone with leads to the whereabouts of the accused two.
“We are appealing to the general populace that they may assist with information that may lead to the arrest of the two. We also urge member of the public not to resort to violence in resolving dispute but should rather seek counsel from elders, community leaders and (or) the police,” Mahoko said.
