Courts and Collusions

by commuadmin

It would seem, at least in Cde Tichatonga’s not-so-humble opinion, that there are many courts in Zimbabwe fighting for different causes.

There is the multi-layered one with the JSC which my erstwhile Comrades have made sure dances to their every whim.

Who can forget the cash payout to the judges? Or the extension of Judge Fulcrum’s term? Or the recent barring of Tyson’s presidential candidature on technicalities that we engineer?

So, folks, who can seriously take our courts seriously when we all know that they are there for petty thieves – cattle rustlers; knife robbers, traffic offenders, and the like – whilst the real criminals are going about their business daily with ever-widening potbellies!?

Disturbing news week in and week out always makes me forget the school-taught greetings register my comrades.

Anyway, revolutionary greetings Comrades and Comradees. I am your one and true O’vet who bombed the Tribabilous and who when he lies his teeth decay.

Back to bad news, yes, bad news Comrades. If these rural party fellas would run a newsroom it would be very profitable because they are good at creating bad news. That which makes everyone sad kkkk kuseka nhamo serugare.

Only this week we went through we witnessed the abduction of Hon Ngadziore, the culprits were captured live on camera but not brought to book. By the weekend they were already telling us of faked abductions. Zvimwe nyaraiwo vakomana.

We were also told Zimbabwe has the cheapest data in the region kkk. Ko Shabangu, I wonder if that is the right spelling for his name but obviously, you know who I am talking about. Haaa kanyika kano kanonaka guys!

I should have sensed ad news when last I visited my rural home in Chirumhanzu to see sabhuku vakapfeka hat yakanzi Sabhuku for ED.

Zvimwe hazvidi chiporofita for us to see that our courts are captured, right from the headman’s court to that manned by the not-so-honorable judges.

There is a dangerous relationship between the judiciary and the state which now filters down even to the Kangaroo Court. All in support of the continuing party-state conflation in this country.

The Rural Party indeed controls all the levers of power in government and also in the process, the finances of the country are controlled or rather belong to the Rural Party….including the urban councils which the opposition lays claim to.

Pamberi nesu maComrades! And hatidzore tsvimbo just because gudo ravhara kumeso. Takaenda, takaenda ku by-election to contest against no-one. We will even hold victory celebrations thereafter. Hanya nani mbudzi ye government!

There are some criminals who are busy stealing our children’s future takatarisa muZimbabwe. In fact, the stealing and looting started a long time ago and lots have jumped on the gravy train since sliced bread in Zimbabwe.

Ko what happened to the criminals surrounding Cde Handiende BaBona? Are they the ones running (read ruining) the country today?

There was an expose by Hopewell that tracked the misappropriation and looting of Covid funds right to No 1’s doorstep but nothing became of it…so damning…then the gold mafioso…and now the lithium consortiums, fuel deals, haaa shuwa zvimwe muti munotamba vakomana!

Now enter the court of public opinion. This one I re-emphasize because this one does not execute laws it passes serious judgment that can never be underestimated.

The recent shenanigans by FAZ, the recent appointments by Scarfmore of family and relatives to influential government posts, the merits and demerits of CCC’s strategic ambiguity…..the recent announcement by Shabangu or someone impersonating him, dismissing Mukomana all pass through the court of public opinion.

Even the shape-shifting by some politicians is not lost on some of us.

Tinosvika here kuCanaan team yangu?

My instinct is telling me to stop at this juncture lest I will be accused of yep-yep. Yes, in Zimbabwe talking your mind may be criminalized if you didn’t know.

However, for now, we will hoodwink the major players into believing that we are a bunch of ordinary Marys and Joes.

Itai vaone semakadhibha but ndivo vakadhibha.

But before I go Comrades, has anyone seen or heard from Stern Zvorwadza? Kkk, should we divert subject and talk of activism in Zimbabwe… let me not scare these eating committees and leave the topic for another day.

Please note, I have moved from the Woodlands Dumpsite on notice that they want to demolish my home. Am now back kwedu kwaChirumhanzu, the land of honey and milk and dust with nothing to show for it though.

Today’s menu: mashazhare and mazhanje and kutodya easy because I may get choked and fail to make it for our appointment next week.

Till next time folks, adios amigos. Cde Tichatonga, out!
