KWEKWE: A tenant at a house in Kwekwe’s Amaveni suburb was yesterday left in shock after he discovered a human skull in his garden.
The tenant, Everisto Madondo said it was following a heavy downpour in Kwekwe yesterday that he decided to later go into the garden within the yard that he then discovered what seemed like a skeletal skull with only the teeth protruding from the underground.
“I then rushed back into the house and informed the other tenants what I had seen. This was when we then decided to go to the police and make a report,” he said.
Madondo said the skull which was underground was exposed due to a lot of soil erosion that occurred within the yard following heavy rains.
Police confirmed the report and attended the scene.
