Scarfmore and Malaba vs Juvenille Delinquency

by commuadmin

During our days in the bush, during the protracted war for the freedom whose fruits you all enjoy today, we, the Frontline cadres, witnessed the pain, the small victories and bizarre which I can recall with undiluted clarity.

One such event was a seemingly unimportant occurrence whilst I was deep undercover in the thickets of Mtewo Forest which is near Fairfields. Our Chimbwidos and Mujibhas had informed us, maComrades, of the presence of Selous Scouts in the area, so we were on high alert. Anyway, it was whilst thus camouflaged that l eventually managed to secure dinner for myself and my Comrades.

An Eland which had been in full flight, came to a tired halt in a clearing very close to where I was hiding. Evidently judging by background sounds, it was being pursued by a pack of wild dogs.

In no time they had surrounded it and fight as the eland tried, it was overpowered. It was getting towards dusk and a crackling sound came over my chiOvha, our Sergeant Upfumi Ndehwevatema was calling us back to base as the enemy had been neutralised across the road near Driefontein Mission.

As I was about to shuffle off, I waited a bit as a troop of baboons, also on their way back home, fight off the wild dogs to try and claim the kill. It was then that I fired one blank and all the animals took to their heels. I then cut a hind quarter, enough to feed my platoon, and left the scene quickly.

Saka nyaya yako iri papi nahi Tichatonga, some of you might ask!? Well yesterday a pack of wild dogs were outsmarted by juvenile baboons as they were about to devour the still breathing constitution of Zimbabwe. Hahahaha, ahh zvenhubu dziri kutonga idzi ahh futi nikisi…Ndatenda zvangu. Saren!

Ohh I always shoot from the hip; memories of war. Salutations! After a week investigating issues happening in the corridors of power Comrade Tichatonga will be wanting to belt out all before his small memory crushes with facts overload.

Greetings and salutations to you dear comrades, this is your one and trusted O’vet who witnessed the tribabilas incident; muera nhema who when he lies his teeth decay. The only academic credential I have is speaking truth to power.

So Scarfmore and his Rural Party cronies in a desperate effort to securely capture all pillars of democracy in Zimbabwe, had attempted to breathe life back into a corpse. Haaa one would be forgiven for thinking the Easter experience pamwe ndiyo yaakuita kuti nhubu idzi dzifunge dzinogona kumutsa zvitunha. The figurative cadaver Chief (In)Justice Malaba and his tenure belong to the grave and to a political and jurisprudential Hades.

Chiiko neRural Party iyi nekuda zvakafa zvoga? Malaba wafa uyu as far as the court of public opinion is concerned, wazvinzwa here Iwe Scarfmore musoro bhangu? Infact akafa kaaaaaare, payaaaa paakati hamuna mhosva yamakapara paye mushure mekutandanisa Mudhara Handiyende nemagidi.

He was mourned when he attempted to force all ‘juvenile’ courts’ decisions to pass through his eyes first before the gavel fell. Ahhh nhai inJustice!? Svodaiwo kani semunhu Mukuru. His fate was sealed, again, in the court of public opinion, when he sanitised the disputed elections. So now we have a situation where an illegitimate Wolfpack leader wanted to illegitimately and illegally extend the reign of this man, breaking all available sacrosanct laws in the process. Let these Madalas Rest In Peace iwe Scarfmore. BaBona naMalaba uyu; same WhatsApp group hahahaha.

Ikowo shuwa pwere dziri kujairira vakuru padare hahaha. Justice Hapison Zizhou tinovatenda nekuva so principled and level headed in the interpretation of the law which some high office bearers, despite having taken an oath to uphold, defend and respect it, are hell bound on destroying it.

Ndimi magamba aakudiwa muZimbabwe nyika ienderere mberi. Not these dead men and women walking in and out of Shake Shake Building daily. So the juvenile courts have said a loud ‘Nooooo’ to an Executive decision, tinotenda, Hamenowo kana iri delinquency in the eyes of the powers that be, but isusu kuno kuDumpsite tinoda kuzvikudza izvozvo! Even kuMagaba vakuzvikudza izvozvo! Hemeni munhu waShe Prophet Justice Hapias Zizhou, mugare kure nemoto asika saidzirai Malaba naScarfmore pedyo nawo.

Hahahaha zuro ndizuro anonzi ani mpfanha uya wekuzotukwa naMangwana aenda kunoona Scarfmore nebhurugwa rakabvaruka? Nhasi Uno pwere dzekuHigh Court dzoti ummmn, vakuru marashika! Mukai mubike Doro, hope dzekurota Malaba ari Chief inJustice kwemamwe makore mashanu kupfuura expiry date rake, hooooo, imbomirai izvozvo. Hahahaha, woti kudonha mumuti wotizve kuvaviwa neChikukwa? Zvakaoma hazvo Murambwi. Kurambwa nekurambirwa kwagara kunonforwadza so.

Ko, nhai Scarfmore, while we are still at it, how is the progress regarding the exhumation of your erstwhile demi god, Cde Handiyendce nenhau yechitsvimbo chiya CDE? Why can’t you just manufacture another casket, another scepter, and kill another Mugabe moita madhiri, surely it’s not an uphill task that!

Asi fretting over tsvimbo; ndizvo zvatakaendera kuhondo here izvi nhai iwe musoro bhangu? Tsve kugadzira nyika, tande nekuvhukunyura harahwa dzakazvifira nezvikwambo zvadzo. Nxa puu mutibvire kumhepo. Apa you were now busy with the walking dead maakuda kuvhukunyura gavel iya, chitsvimbo chaMalaba hahahaha.

Surely ndipo paunoona Zimbabwe is always in election mode. Ko hanzi kune Prophet vakatengera former AAG  President some gifts? Nhai Passion, ko kutengera Mbuya Mafidhe rukweza vatotsvaga yemafuta vategesa ndovera kumusha pane kuendesa marasha kuHwange.

Ukuwo Apostle Chiwenga prophesied that we are probably stuck with Scarfmore for longer than a day more. Kkk does this guy signify the rebirth of the biblical Amos the prophet of Doom!?  Ahhh just the thought alone gives me hives.

Ukuwo this juvenile Presidential hopeful CCC anototaura zviri kutadziwa nevakuru pachena, ahhh haisi iyo futi Juvenile delinquent behaviour here iyoyo? Zviri safe here? Ko why doesn’t Scarfmore pull a Mugabes one yekuti Chamisa is plotting to kill him? Haaaa Mudhara  itai mhani. Ukuwo maBorn free eligible to vote are increasing by the day for 2023. Ummmmn juvenile delinquency will surely be on the rise.

Totopfugama nzara, mabvi matumbu nemagokora to avert such a calamity from befalling our nation. Cry Zimbabwe. Eloi Eloi Lamasabach Tani!?

George Charamba once quipped, “there is no post Mugabe era. That so called post Mugabe era is Mugabe himself.”

One is reminded of the ghost of Ceasar haunting the ‘new dispensation.’ Shakespeare might just have been talking about Sekuru Mugabe naScarfmore, ahhh ko tinoziveiko isu vana ‘Also’?

I am getting to that point where I feel those who work in cohorts with the ferret force would accuse me of yep-yep. Yes, like I always say, speaking your thoughts is a crime in Zimbabwe when it’s however permissible in our capital city South Africa kkk. If you know you know. Yes, through the Patriotic Bill they are officially planning to criminalise yep-yep kkk.

I can’t however go ndisati ndambovhunza zvekumusha kwedu kuMidlands kwatinotongera nyika. I hear loud cries from the ghetto. A sombre cloud has covered some parts of Mkoba after council decided to attach property from surburbs already suffering many challenges including water shortages.

Shuwa here attaching property from a person who goes for close to a week asina mvura? Where did the debt image from if I amy ask? Should residents also attach property from council for unfulfilled promises mainly pointing to improved service delivery. Haaa zvimwe muti munotamba vakomana.

As if that is not enough, Gweru’s biggest debtors list shows that barracks and big institutions like MSU owe big. If I may ask…has council attached anything from them as yet? Murombo munhu vakomana ini Tichatonga ndareva…uye musiki haadhakwi!

Till next time folks! Better ndinange kundari nenyama yemusoro wemombe yakagombegwa kwaMharuro kwaMbuya MaFidhe.

Aluta Continuation MaComrades.

Adios Amigos.

Tichatonga, Out!
